We are seeking a talented and experienced Golang developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing and developing our application backends. You'll be a key contributor to our engineering efforts, working on a brand-new platform that integrates multiple services. Scope of work:

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll be a technical leader and mentor, responsible for:

• Design and Development: Architecting and developing robust, high-performance backend services using Golang.
• Technical Leadership: Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving complex technical challenges, ensuring the reliability and stability of our systems.
• Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams (product, frontend, data, sre) to deliver impactful solutions.
• Code Quality: Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, adhering to established coding standards.
• System Understanding: Understanding all aspects of software development, including customer requirements, product design, timelines, and technical debt.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a backend developer, with significant expertise in Golang.
• Strong understanding of concurrency mechanisms and building intercommunicating services (REST, gRPC, RabbitMQ).
• Proficiency with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis) and cloud binary storage.
• Experience with service containerization.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Passion for software development and a desire to learn and grow.

• Professional experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and test automations.
• Understanding of functional and reactive programming paradigms.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
