You’ll be joining at a critical early stage, shaping the AI architecture, tooling, and product logic from the ground up. As the Founding AI Engineer, you’ll lead everything from LLM integrations to search optimisation, working closely with the founders to deliver AI-powered solutions that make regulation frictionless for users across Europe.

🎯 You’ll love this if you:

• Have experience with complicated data extraction
• Have strong experience with Machine Learning
• Thrive on solving real-world problems with smart applications of machine learning
• Know your way around vector databases, embeddings, and API orchestration
• Enjoy experimenting with tools like OpenAI, Cohere, or Huggingface
• Care deeply about clean, maintainable, and scalable AI systems

✨ Bonus points for:

• Strong Python background and knowledge of MLOps best practices
• Experience building LLM-powered tools or chat-based interfaces
• Startup or 0-to-1 product experience
