Your role as a Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms that push the boundaries of what technology can achieve. Your expertise will be critical in translating complex datasets into actionable insights, empowering our clients to make informed decisions. Collaboration will be key as you work with interdisciplinary teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into our product suite, ensuring that our offerings are both innovative and effective. Additionally, you will enhance the performance and scalability of our machine learning systems, optimizing them for efficiency and reliability. Who You Are

• You are a medior Machine Learning Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in data analysis and model development.
• Proactive and action-oriented, you seek opportunities to make an impact on AI projects.
• Driven and focused, you can manage multiple projects while maintaining quality.
• You thrive in roles that offer responsibility and autonomy, adapting quickly to new technologies.

What You Have

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
• Experience in bringing AI projects into production.

Must-Haves

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas).
• Experience with at least one genAI framework (e.g., LangChain) or image generation models (e.g., ControlNet).
• Familiarity with cloud AI suites (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for technical challenges.

Nice-to-Haves

• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Experience with Java or C++.
• Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
