Are you a senior manager ready to take on a strategic role to drive sustainability and business impact across EMEA? Nike is looking for a Program Manager to lead the EMEA Recovered Products program, ensuring compliance with EU regulations while creating maximum business and consumer value. This position is offered on a 1-year contract.


What are you going to do?

  • Lead and guide cross-functional teams in planning, execution, and progress tracking for the Recovered Products program.
  • Develop and manage the implementation plan for the EU Ban on Recycling & Destruction, including process changes and new business operations solutions.
  • Collaborate with Global Sustainability teams to align on compliance, data, and technology solutions.
  • Optimize and execute the EMEA Marketplace Sustainability plan for Recovered Products, including Unsold Goods.
  • Define requirements to fuel global solutions and drive decision-making focused on compliance, consumer experience, environmental impact, and business value.

What do we ask?

  • Senior experience in defining and executing complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Proven ability to work in matrixed B2C/retail organizations and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams, make trade-offs, and maximize ROI.
  • Experience with change management or senior program management.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and leverage data to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Cultural awareness and the ability to translate complex topics into clear opportunities and risks.
