Scrum Master Senior

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join an international team, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment with strong interaction with French-speaking stakeholders.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
• Ensure proper adoption of Scrum principles and Agile best practices
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management
• Identify and remove impediments, fostering continuous improvement
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate in an international context, with regular communication in French

🧠 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Fluent French (mandatory) – spoken and written
• Professional level of English
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Proactive mindset with strong team spirit and results orientation

⭐ Nice to Have

• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Experience in international or multicultural environments
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
