OT Cyber Security Manager

GlobalEngineer is an innovative company in several engineering fields that is active in mechanical and plant engineering, development of new systems and their technologies, as well as in testing and type testing. To strengthen our team in the area of Zurich, we are looking for an interested and motivated Cyber Security Manager with a strong focus on OT.

Your Tasks

• Define and maintain cyber security architectures for OT and industrial systems
• Implement cyber security measures across the full system and product lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with relevant cyber security standards and customer requirements
• Support project teams in integrating cyber security requirements into systems and products
• Coordinate and support cyber security testing, assessments and evaluations
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications and security guidelines
• Act as technical interface towards customers and certification or approval authorities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cyber security processes and strategies

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering or comparable qualification
• Experience in OT and/or industrial cyber security environments
• Solid understanding of networking technologies and industrial communication principles
• Familiarity with applicable cyber security industrial standards like IEC 62443, ISO 21434 or comparable
• Experience in cyber security assessments, penetration testing or consulting is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and structured, independent working style
• Very good communication skills in English, German is a plus
• Willingness to continuously develop knowledge in a fast-evolving cyber security landscape
