A related initiative focuses on building secure, European-based cloud infrastructure, offering tailored solutions from data centers in Germany and Austria as an alternative to global providers.

This role is available only in Romania, involves an employment contract, and is fully remote.

What you'll do:

• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Architect and design scalable, resilient, and secure solutions for the CSPM platform.

• CSPM Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of the CSPM solution across two key phases:

o Phase 1: Compliance, Policy, and Misconfiguration: Develop features for automated

compliance checks against industry standards (e.g., CIS benchmarks, PCI DSS, GDPR), policy

enforcement, and identification of cloud misconfigurations.

o Phase 2: Alerting, Log Analysis, and Web Application Scanning: Further guide during the

development of real-time alerting capabilities, log analysis for threat detection, and integration

of web application scanning capabilities.

What you'll need:

• Strong experience in software development, with a strong focus on Go programming;

• (Optional) Experience in security-related development, preferably in cloud security;

• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, distributed systems;

• (Optional) Deep understanding of cloud security principles, including identity and access management, network security, data protection, and vulnerability management;

• (Optional) Experience with security compliance frameworks and standards (e.g., CIS, PCI DSS, GDPR);

• Hands-on experience with developing REST APIs and microservices architectures;

• Experience working with cloud platforms (private or public);

• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols;

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills;

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities;

• Open-minded, fast learner and solution oriented.

Nice to have:

• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);

• Experience with private cloud platforms (OpenStack, VMware);

• Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and intrusion detection systems;

• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes);

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation);

• Experience with agent-based technologies and remote monitoring;

• Experience with log analysis and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
