In Poland, we work in two product teams: Backoffice and Dashboard.
We’re currently expanding the Backoffice team and looking for a Mid Fullstack Developer (B2B Contractor) who feels comfortable working across the stack.
What you’ll be working on

In Poland, we work in two product teams: Backoffice and Dashboard.
We’re currently expanding the Backoffice team and looking for a Mid Fullstack Developer (B2B Contractor) who feels comfortable working across the stack.
What you’ll be working on
- Developing and maintaining the Backoffice system supporting core payment operations
- Building and evolving APIs and business logic (Node.js, GraphQL)
- Creating and improving user interfaces in React
- Working with relational databases (Postgres) and basic NoSQL solutions
- Collaborating closely with product, dashboard, and infrastructure teams
- Working in a microservices architecture using Docker
- Taking ownership of features — from concept to production
- TypeScript
- Node.js

- Docker
- Multiple microservices
- Commercial experience as a Fullstack Developer (mid-level)
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js
- Hands-on experience with React
- Good command of SQL (Postgres)
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently
- Responsibility for code quality and production stability
- Experience in fintech / payments
- Exposure to high-availability or transaction-heavy systems
- Experience working with growing, complex products
- Work on a real payments product
- A Poland-based team with low bureaucracy and no micromanagement
- Real influence on how the Backoffice is built and evolved
- Stable project with meaningful technical challenges
- B2B contract (contractor role): 11,000–17,000 PLN net / month
- Remote or hybrid work within Poland
