Senior Fullstack Blockchain Architect & Technical Lead

About the Project

LYDIA is a next-generation global blockchain initiative designed around a USD-pegged stablecoin, utility token architecture, treasury governance, and institutional-grade infrastructure.

The project is backed by a strong corporate structure and is being built with a long-term vision, focusing on security, scalability, compliance readiness, and global adoption.

We are now seeking a top-tier Fullstack Blockchain Architect who can assume end-to-end technical ownership of the entire ecosystem.

This is not a junior or mid-level role.

This role is suitable for someone who can think and act like a HIGH-LEVEL TECHNICAL BLOCKCHAIN EXPERT.

Key Responsibilities

Blockchain & Smart Contracts

• Design and develop smart contracts (Solidity) for:
• Stablecoin mint & burn mechanisms
• Utility token logic
• Treasury & reserve controls
• Vesting, staking, locking systems
• Ensure audit-ready, gas-optimized, and secure contract architecture
• Prepare codebase for external audits (Certik-level standards)

Tokenomics & Financial Logic

• Implement token supply, emission, burn, and reserve logic
• Design MM-compatible architectures for CEX/DEX listings
• Build liquidity and price-stability mechanisms
• Support anti-manipulation & risk-control models

Infrastructure & Servers

• Design and manage blockchain node infrastructure (RPC, WebSocket, validators)
• Build high-availability, scalable backend systems
• Implement load balancing, failover, logging, monitoring, backups
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Web & Mobile Development

• Lead development of:
• Web platforms (React / Next.js)
• Mobile applications (React Native / Flutter)
• Integrate Web3 wallets, signing, transaction flows
• Build admin panels, treasury dashboards, analytics tools

Leadership & Ownership

• Act as the technical authority of the project
• Translate business and legal requirements into technical solutions
• Coordinate with founders, legal, finance, and operations teams
• Define best practices, documentation, and long-term architecture

Required Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5+ years experience in fullstack development
• 3+ years hands-on blockchain & smart contract development
• Deep knowledge of EVM-based chains
• Strong experience with Solidity & Web3 tooling
• Proven experience building production-grade crypto systems
• Solid understanding of tokenomics & crypto-financial mechanics
• Experience with cloud & server infrastructure
