What You Will Bring
- Solid Experience as a Product Designer in a product-led company, ideally working on B2B SaaS products. You are comfortable taking ownership of design problems and delivering impactful solutions in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- End-to-End UX Ownership - You have experience owning the full UX process, from discovery and problem framing through ideation, design, validation, and delivery. You are able to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Strong Research & Insight Synthesis Skills - You are confident in qualitative research methods, such as user interviews and usability testing, and can support your decisions with quantitative data including usage data and product metrics.
- Advanced Product & Interaction Design Skills - You have strong design skills and experience designing complex, data-heavy B2B interfaces, making sophisticated workflows intuitive and efficient.
- High-Quality Design Artifacts & Prototyping - You create clear, effective design artifacts, including wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes at different levels of fidelity. You are highly proficient in Figma and comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools.
- Design Systems Experience - You have experience working with established design systems and actively contributing to their evolution, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across the product.
- Strong Communication & English Proficiency - You communicate clearly and confidently, can present and defend design decisions, and collaborate effectively with international stakeholders. Your English proficiency is at B2/C1 level.
What success looks like in the first 6–12 months
- Improve core product experiences that clearly communicate SINGU’s value and better support users in their daily work.
- Increase key experience metrics in the SINGU application, reducing friction in critical user flows, and increasing clarity and efficiency in everyday workflows.
- Strengthen and evolve the SINGU design system, improving consistency across the application, and reducing design-to-development effort for product teams.
As a Product Designer, your role is to solve meaningful user problems through strong product experiences that support SINGU’s business goals. You’ll own design outcomes end to end, turning user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into clear, effective solutions.
You’ll work within a cross-functional product team, partnering closely with a Product Manager, Tech Lead, and Engineers to shape solutions and make informed trade-offs. Your work will directly impact the quality, usability, and coherence of the SINGU application.
You’ll contribute to the design system and help raise UX quality across the product, bringing user research and data into everyday product decisions.
