We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist (İzmir) for our client. Our client is a leading multinational companies in FMCG sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistic or relevant departments,
• Minimum 3-4 years of related areas,
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and detect trends,
• Have excellent communication, negotiation & coordination skills,
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines,
• Result-focused and customer-oriented,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good level of MS Office applications, especially deep knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out the recruitment process (posting advertisements, telephone interview, face to face interview, application of evaluation tools, reference checks)
• Taking an active role in the collective recruitment and internship recruitment process,
• Taking part in employer brand management and campus activities,
• Following employer brand trends, application of appropriate process management to the company,
• Following the onboarding process of the candidates who will start working,
• Analyzing the needs of the units and conducting all recruitment processes,
• Preparation of follow-up, analysis and reports regarding the recruitment process,
• Development of recruitment and placement practices and continuous improvement studies, followed by analysis of the norm staff of the region, conducting recruitment, promotion and assignment processes.
