It keeps track of clients and contracts, project details and team members, invoicing, employee records and salaries, contract changes, and vacation requests, making it easier to plan work, organize resources, and stay on top of everything.

Team & Collaboration
- Rotating team depending on project needs
- Regular meetings: Daily Standups (12:30PM) and retrospectives - after release
- Communication: Chat, emails, and calls
- Working hours: usually 9:00–17:00 CET
- Develop and maintain backend functionality and integrate it with the frontend.
- Implement new features, optimize existing functionality, and fix bugs.
- Work with cloud infrastructure and support deployment processes.
- Work together with other developers to deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent knowledge of Python programming language
- AWS
- Familiarity with C++
- Ability to use Git or SVN version control system
- Unit testing skills
- Knowledge of Javascript / React
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience in a quantitative finance environment,
- Docker / Kubernetes / ansible knowledge,
- Experience in Linux/Windows management.
