JOB OVERIEW:
To support the HR team in daily administrative activities and ensure smooth HR operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain employee files and HR records.
- Coordinate with the IT team for new joiner email ID creation and system access.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Update and maintain employee data in Dynamics 365.
- Enter and track employee leave applications in the HR system.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team as required.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.
- Experience working with HR systems; knowledge of Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
