JOB OVERIEW:


To support the HR team in daily administrative activities and ensure smooth HR operations.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage and maintain employee files and HR records.
  • Coordinate with the IT team for new joiner email ID creation and system access.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Update and maintain employee data in Dynamics 365.
  • Enter and track employee leave applications in the HR system.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team as required.


QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.
  • Experience working with HR systems; knowledge of Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
