IT Project Manager (UAEN)

PureCS, the technology arm of PureHealth, is looking to hire an IT Project Manager (UAEN) to support the delivery of enterprise technology initiatives across the organization.

This role is part of our UAEN hiring initiative, and we welcome applications from mid-career professionals looking to build long-term careers in technology project management.

Role Overview:

The IT Project Manager will support and manage technology projects from initiation through delivery, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. This role is well-suited for candidates who may not have extensive experience but demonstrate strong potential, structure, and willingness to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end delivery of IT projects with guidance from senior stakeholders
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely execution
• Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, and report status regularly
• Support change management activities and ensure proper documentation
• Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting notes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Project management certification (PMP or similar) is an advantage but not mandatory

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination, project delivery, or related roles
• Exposure to working with cross-functional teams or vendors is preferred
