Job OverviewThe Business Information Management Analyst IV will provide senior-level business intelligence, data analytics, documentation, and testing support to the Compliance Data Enablement & Transformation (CDET) team. This role supports global regulatory compliance initiatives by delivering end-to-end BI solutions, improving data governance, and enabling efficient, risk-aware decision-making across the enterprise.This is a high-impact opportunity to work with complex compliance data, support enterprise-scale initiatives, and help build scalable solutions for Compliance reporting and oversight.Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and support enterprise BI reporting, including dashboard refreshes, report execution, and analytics delivery
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations
  • Support delivery of new solutions through testing, validation, and technical documentation
  • Analyze, design, and document data flows, transformations, and ETL processes
  • Develop and maintain best-in-class technical and testing documentation
  • Support data modeling to structure data for multiple client and compliance use cases
  • Work autonomously as a senior/lead analyst, coaching and mentoring team members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Compliance and Risk to gather requirements and deliver insights
  • Keep current with innovations in data analytics, BI tools, and information management
Required Skills & QualificationsData Analytics & BI
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboards, data models, visualizations)
  • Advanced data analytics and KPI reporting experience
Programming & Data Engineering
  • 5+ years of Python experience (required)
  • Strong SQL and data query experience
  • Extensive experience with data transformation, data flow, and ETL processes
Documentation & Testing
  • 5+ years creating technical documentation
  • 5+ years developing technical testing documentation for data pipelines and BI solutions
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Experience overseeing work, providing guidance, and mentoring team members
  • Strong stakeholder interaction skills in complex, regulated environments
  • High attention to detail and quality-focused delivery
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience developing workflow tools using Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate)
  • Experience with Databricks
  • Background supporting large compliance, risk, or regulatory programs
Education
  • Post-secondary education required
  • STEM background preferred (Computer Science, Engineering, Data, Finance, Math, or related)
  • Graduate degree preferred but not required
