About the role
Responsible for improving the quality of the sales forecasting, PSI (purchase, sales and inventory) and inventory management in the APAC overseas BU’s. Design and deploy process improvements and train BU’s on the PSI process and the use of the PSI system.
Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Office Location: 158 Cecil Street
Responsibilities
- Improve PSI process design to ensure that all relevant inputs are used to come to the best sales forecast possible. Execute MOH (month on-hand) Policy to control BU purchasing for categories with high inventory.
- Deploy and train PSI process, system and reports to all APAC business units to facilitate the PSI management. Follow up on successful usage and continued training. Support APAC non-system business units with manual PSI submission and monthly Sales FC accuracy reporting.
- Ensure that all APAC business units adhere to PSI process time line and do the sales forecast and PSI submission on time and with high quality. Prepare the monthly report on business unit MOH and FC accuracy results.
- Collect process improvement suggestions from business units and follow-up with IT on timely execution of system requests and issue resolution.
- Analyze and review with subsidiary on PSI data to ensure the sales forecast and purchase plan are reasonable
Requirements
Experience & Background 工作经验&背景
- >2 years working experience in Supply Chain planning and/or inventory management field
- Working experience of a global/region scope in MNC environment.
- Strong MS Excel proficiency (pivot table, vlookup, etc.). Macros proficiency will be ideal.
- Fresh graduates with Bachelor Degree in Logistics Management or equivalent are welcome to apply. Training will be provided. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive mindset and resourcefulness.
Degree and Language 学历&语言
- Min. Bachelor degree in Supply Chain related field
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and writing
