Digital Product Design help our clients from various industries creates digital product solutions that deliver value to both users and business. From research, synthesis, ideation to prototyping, implementation and testing, our team of digital product designers are involved in the end-to-end process of digital product creation. We work with business to delivery digital experience that delights their customers, employees and partners.

As a Digital Product Designer you will:

[Roles & Responsibilities]

//Activities

Use different research methods to understand user behaviours and drive design outcomes

Understand different users’ motivation and behaviour and communicate with stakeholders and clients

Understand users’ journey, identify pain points and opportunities

Ideate and create design concepts that serves both business and users’ needs

Conduct user testing with various methods and iterate on solutions

//Communication

Articulate or build a narrative that communicates your thought process, findings, the value of design or proposed strategy with confidence

//Collaboration

Work closely with other designers and collaborate with developers, business or product teams

//Lead & Mentoring

//Community

Attend and help to plan studio and community events, workshops, and conferences as an Accenture Song ambassador

Your experience:

//Relevant experience/portfolio

Relevant experience in product design or related role such as user experience design, design research or service design

A track record of delivering highly impactful product launches that contribute significantly to the business value

Proven experience in leading a team in handling complex situations across multiple mediums while ensuring positive business outcomes

//Knowledge

Possess a sharp business mind and strong analytical skills with knowledge of design process and project management

//Tool

Working knowledge of design, rapid prototyping and usability testing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, Sketch, InVision, Figma

//Communication

Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present work to executives and large teams

//Attitude

Collaborative team-player with a strong desire to improve the product, themselves, the world, and everything

//Working context

Accustomed to working collaboratively with clients and cross-functional team members through agile or waterfall process

Set yourself apart:

Extensive knowledge of and experience with executing user-centered design processes

Experience quantitative research methodologies and drawing insights from data

Extensive knowledge in non-design areas such as marketing, SEO, engineering, or business

Comfort with ambiguity yet unstoppable drive to create order out of chaos

Note: The Product Designer will collaborate closely with a Service Designer to lead a workstream, so the ideal candidate must be capable of working independently and taking ownership of deliverables.
