What You´ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations across Southeast Asia (SEA) and Australia & New Zealand (ANZ), encompassing onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and benefits administration
- Collaborate with Global Shared Services (GBS) to ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle management, including payroll processes
- Manage and enhance HR systems, prioritizing data accuracy, security, and alignment with both global standards and local compliance requirements
- Develop and streamline HR processes and workflows to drive operational efficiency and scalability
- Partner with Country HR, IT, Finance, and GBS teams to achieve operational excellence and support key HR initiatives
- Generate HR analytics and dashboards that inform business and talent decision-making
- Lead or support HR digital transformation projects, focusing on automation and innovative solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum of eight (8) years’ relevant working experience in Human Resource Operations and HRIS (i.e. Workday, SuccessFactors, Dayforce etc.); Preferably from a Shared Service or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) set-up
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations across Southeast Asia (SEA) and Australia & New Zealand (ANZ)
- Excellent communication skills with a result-driven mindset, and stakeholder management; Ability to collaborate across different functions and be open to new ideas
- Extensive managerial and leadership experience plus the ability to work well within a team, matrix team, or as an individual contributor; With passion for continuous improvement, efficiency, and delivering great employee experience
- Strong user experience orientation and a focus on prioritizing user satisfaction and the capability to effectively handle ambiguous situations and topics while maintaining HR integrity
- Amenable to work on a day-shift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
