About The Opportunity

Industry: Professional services / organizational development and talent strategy. Sector: Digital experience design for enterprise and B2B products serving US-based customers. This is a fully remote role open to candidates located in the United States.

Primary Job Title (standardized): Product Designer

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile products—translate user needs into wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive flows.
  • Lead user research and usability testing: design test plans, recruit participants, synthesize findings, and turn insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Build and maintain component-based design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency across products and accelerate delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Research to define requirements, prioritize features, and ship iteratively in agile squads.
  • Create pixel-perfect deliverables and developer-ready assets; work closely with engineers to ensure implementation fidelity and performance on production builds.
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices; embed WCAG considerations into designs and acceptance criteria.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and product design for web or SaaS applications.
  • Proven experience conducting user research and usability testing and translating results into product features.
  • Strong proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools.
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries.
  • Track record of partnering with engineering teams to deliver production-quality UI.
  • Ability to work asynchronously and communicate effectively in distributed, remote teams across US time zones.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS) to improve handoffs.
  • Experience applying accessibility standards (WCAG) in product design.
  • Experience instrumenting product analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, GA) or running A/B tests to validate design impact.
