Our R&D team builds end-to-end intelligent systems combining applied AI, agentic workflows, and modern web engineering to turn research into production. The R&D Center of Excellence (CoE) team executes internal R&D services, providing expert consultations and customized support for internal teams' R&D-related tasks.

IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced with over 3 years in Python
  • Proficient in building and optimizing AI/LLM pipelines (prompting, tools, memory, RAG, evaluation)
  • Accustomed to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and programming best practices, ensuring efficient, secure, and scalable solutions
  • Successful in developing applications with web interfaces or user-interactive components, with solid React/Next.js (or comparable) experience
  • Skilled in Python backend frameworks like FastAPI, and building efficient and scalable APIs and real-time services
  • Comfortable working with modern software development company operations, including Git-based workflows, code review, CI/CD, and cloud deployment strategies
  • A strong professional, capable of working independently, making decisions, and collaborating in a team-oriented environment
  • Ready for daily communication in English at an upper-intermediate level (written and spoken)

  • Develop innovative agentic AI solutions across diverse applications throughout the SDLC
  • Proactively propose and implement emerging technologies, studying and adapting to market needs and industry trends
  • Define and execute the technological vision in new research areas by prototyping and developing advanced technological demos
  • Coordinate and deliver presentations at external events, including conferences, meetups, and specialized gatherings
  • Advise external and internal clients on technologies, solutions, and trends to foster innovation and strategic decision-making
  • Align research fields with business needs, ensuring technological advancements address key industry demands
  • Apply proven innovation consulting methodologies to design cutting-edge technological solutions for customer challenges
  • Support business development efforts through marketing, presentations, and presales activities to drive growth and engagement
