About The Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UX/UI Designer located in Bhopal. The role focuses on designing intuitive, fast, and conversion-focused experiences for a B2B SaaS product.

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for the product and website, improving onboarding and core workflows, collaborating closely with engineers to ship clean and usable interfaces, and iterating quickly in a fast-changing startup environment.

You should be prepared to think deeply about users, simplify complex workflows, and continuously improve designs, because when you're building products at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, interaction design, and information architecture
• Proficiency in UI design and scalable design systems
• Ability to translate product requirements into clear, usable interfaces
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Ability to solve product and usability problems with thoughtful design decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience designing web-based or SaaS products is a plus
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for the product and website
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketing to ensure cohesive and user-centric designs
• Improve onboarding processes and optimize core workflows to enhance user engagement and satisfaction
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across all platforms
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices, applying them to enhance product usability and aesthetics
• Participate in sprint planning and review sessions, providing design input and feedback to facilitate agile development
• Document design specifications and ensure seamless handoff to development teams for implementation
