We’re partnered with a venture-backed climate-tech insurer tackling one of the biggest blockers to scaling global carbon markets: risk.

Founded in 2024 after a focused incubation period, the company is led by a team with deep experience building and exiting regulated businesses. They’re already generating millions in revenue, have raised significant capital to support their insurance balance sheet, and are planning a Series A next year.

They’re now hiring a dedicated Software Engineer to take ownership of core platform work and integrations.

You’ll be trusted to design, build and improve production-grade code in a small team where engineering standards really matter.

Ideal Profile:

• You're a mid-to-senior level Software Engineer
• Comfortable working with Java and ideally JavaScript
• Experience building and maintaining production systems with a focus on reliability, testability and clean architecture
• Confident taking ownership in an autonomous environment
• Able to think in terms of system-to-system integrations rather than just user-facing apps

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in InsurTech domain
• Startup or scale-up experience where pragmatism matters
• Exposure to policy administration systems, pricing engines or complex business logic
