The team you will be a part of
The Business HR team implements the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.
This Role In Summary
Participate in key executive decisions guiding /advising executives/senior leaders to navigate and understand the internal and external challenges. The SR HR Manager will navigate into multiple and different areas dynamic for Marketing team,managing the headcount control, retention, engagement, upskilling, I&D targets to be achieved while building a trustful relationship with your main stakeholders Sr. Directors and Directors and support each business unit's needs.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Support a multi-site and/or decentralized team
- Lead change management initiatives
- Groom & develop talent
- Partner in key departmental/function/Org. change
- Leverage data for analytics and decision making
- Change management execution
- Contributes to strategic planning and development of the region/company as a member of the
- executive team
- Acts as a representative for the region in enterprise-wide decision-making for strategic HR topics
- Drives the HR Transformation in terms of organization re-engineering, business operating model,
- service delivery model, HR technology, roles and accountabilities, employee relations, cultural
- integration
- Coaches executive leaders as trusted advisor
- Develops the strategy to recruit, develop and retain high-performing and talented workforce
- Partner with business leads on all functional/vertical business initiatives
- Grooms talent to take key organization roles in future
- Represents the organization in external forums
- Acts as a change management champion
- Experience in lead multiple projects in HR area, having a direct impact on the regional/organizations P&L
- Should have handled HR for multiple business functions with employees in multiple regions
- Experience in managing executive (C-Suite) internal (regional & global) and external stakeholders
- (senior industry experts & analysts)
- developed the strategy/vision of one or two HR verticals/functions
- Should have been part/managed/led at least 1 key COE HR Functions/verticals such as TM, C&B,
- L&D/Talent, TA or others
- Fluent English
