We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our team based in Walkden, Manchester.
At TAG Heuer and as a member of LVMH Watches & Jewellery division, you will have the opportunity to work for a leading luxury goods company and play a key role in supporting the employment experience for our teams. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative and first line HR support to the business in the UK delivering value to employees at every touch point, from recruitment & onboarding to training, development & employee relations. Acting as an ambassador for our people processes, you will actively support the HR team in the development of the department and the services provided.
Job Responsibilities
…AS A HR COORDINATOR YOU WILL
/ Provide general administration and filing of HR documentation
/ Support recruitment – advertising vacancies on internal and external sites, screening CVs, managing responses to applicants, organising interviews, and conducting first stage screening interviews
/ Prepare employee documentation inc. new starter letters, induction packs, probationary letters, contracts of employment
/ Manage onboarding process, carry out employment checks and reference requests and support integration of new joiner to organisation
/ Manage leaver process, communicating with relevant managers and updating internal systems
/ Maintain accurate & timely records and ensure updates are provided for monthly payroll
/ Complete and file documentation for new starters and leavers and ensure employee files are accurate and up to date and managed in line with GDPR
/ Update the HR employee database on a regular basis – employee information, absence records, disciplinary records etc
/ Update internal KPI files - monitor absence, retention, recruitment etc
/ Update HR documents e.g., employee forms, job profiles, department structures and training presentations
/ Support with employee relations e.g., preparing letters and taking minutes
/ Book training, send out course confirmations, update training records and analyse feedback forms
/ Support the HR team with company handbook and policy updates and relevant Prêt-à-portererwork
/ Support HR team with data preparation for monthly and annual reports
/ Contribute to company communication and employee engagement initiatives
/ Support department managers and employees with HR advice and requests
/ Support the HR team with company and department projects and data analysis

Profile
About You: Understanding of HR processes & legal requirements Previous experience working within a HR or similar environment Excellent attention to detail Excellent PC skills and experience including Microsoft Word, Excel and various software packages Experience of producing and analysing reports Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels Able to prioritise and plan own workload in accordance with deadlines Able to work flexibly and support change Demonstrate an attitude of professionalism, conscientiousness, and reliability Drive for results Integrity, trust and confidentiality Problem solving and taking initiative
