Swann Communications is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful iOS Developer to join our development team in Port Melbourne. You will contribute to a range of technology programs delivering smart security solutions that combine IoT devices, computer vision, cloud services, analytics, and mobile applications, reaching millions of users worldwide.

What you will do

• Design, specify, implement, and test iOS applications within an Agile development environment
• Contribute to and maintain high-quality technical documentation
• Diagnose issues, conduct performance analysis, and drive optimisation efforts
• Ensure a consistently high standard of quality, usability, and visual design
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions

What you will bring

• 4+ years of professional iOS development experience
• Proven experience using Swift and SwiftUI to build advanced iOS applications
• Solid understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and design principles
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and backend integration
• Experience with localisation and internationalisation
• Proficiency with Git for source control
• Strong UI sensibility with a user-focused mindset
• Ability to benchmark, profile, and optimise application performance
