About the opportunity
Reporting to the Head of HR, this role partners closely with leaders across the business to deliver practical, people focused HR solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in building high performing teams, supporting organisational change, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. You will have the opportunity to contribute to HR projects, culture initiatives, and system enhancements that directly impact the business.
Duties
- Partner with leaders on people strategy
- Support workforce planning and organisational change
- Provide guidance on performance management
- Coach managers on employee relations matters
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation
- Support engagement retention and wellbeing initiatives
- Contribute to HR programs and projects
- Assist with HR policies and process improvements
- Tertiary qualification in HR
- HR generalist or partnering experience
- Strong employment legislation knowledge
- HRIS systems experience
