You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in building high performing teams, supporting organisational change, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. Duties
- Partner with leaders on people strategy
- Support workforce planning and organisational change
- Provide guidance on performance management
- Coach managers on employee relations matters
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation
- Support engagement retention and wellbeing initiatives
- Contribute to HR programs and projects
- Assist with HR policies and process improvements
- Tertiary qualification in HR
- HR generalist or partnering experience
- Strong employment legislation knowledge
- HRIS systems experience
