This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Engineer located in Linz. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining IT systems, providing help desk support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software problems, managing and maintaining system administration activities, and supporting end-users with IT-related inquiries. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective IT solutions and ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support to address end-user inquiries effectively.
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software issues.
- Experience in System Administration and managing IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Solid understanding of Information Technology principles, systems, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently in high-pressure environments.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in IT support roles, particularly in business environments, is preferred.
