We’re supporting a leading payments technology company in Dublin as they look to hire a Solution/Product Lead to join their team on an rolling contract. Client is offering competitive salary.

You’ll play a key role in defining and delivering end-to-end payment solutions, working closely with clients and internal teams to build scalable, consolidated product propositions across key merchant segments

The Role

• Define end-to-end product propositions, target operating models, and solution scope with client and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver consolidated payment solutions to replace fragmented local offerings across selected merchant segments.
• Define mandatory features and manage a prioritised product backlog for initial deployment and ongoing releases.
• Own the high-level roadmap for solution evolution, market rollout, and transition from legacy solutions.
• Plan and coordinate solution delivery activities, aligning with project management and cross-functional workstreams.
• Lead solution orchestration by guiding Business Analysts, ensuring quality of deliverables, identifying gaps and risks, and driving effective handover into development teams.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in product, solution, or functional delivery roles, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity.
• Strong experience delivering solutions within Payments or Financial Services environments.
• Proven ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Experience working with complex, enterprise-level technology platforms.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills across multi-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and decision-making capabilities.
• Fluent English.
