Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Scrum Master capabilities to lead and drive software development initiatives within a Cloud platform.

This role will act as the primary Project Manager for the Software Development team, overseeing delivery across multiple scrum teams in a fast-paced, cloud-based environment.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives with autonomy, demonstrates strong executive presence, and has a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and cloud-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Own end-to-end delivery of software development initiatives across the clients Cloud platform
• Drive planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across the full SDLC
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes
• Act as the primary PM for the software engineering function

Agile & Scrum Leadership

• Serve as a Scrum Master / Agile lead for two scrum teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Support teams operating in a flat hierarchy with high autonomy

Technical & Platform Oversight

• Oversee development across API and UI workstreams
• Coordinate delivery for a demo platform that hosts multiple features
• Partner closely with engineering, architecture, and product stakeholders
• Apply Agile delivery approaches including exposure to AI-enabled tooling or platforms where relevant

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and leadership
• Provide clear, concise delivery updates and reporting
• Demonstrate strong executive presence and decision-making capability

Required Experience & Skills

Core Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within software development environments
• Strong understanding of the Cloud ecosystem (cloud-native platforms, services, or SaaS environments)
• Hands-on experience working across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Solid background in Agile / Scrum delivery, ideally in a hybrid PM/Scrum Master role
• Experience managing multiple scrum teams simultaneously

Technical & Delivery Skills

• Experience working with API and UI development teams
• Strong planning, dependency management, and delivery governance skills
• Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
