As a Full Stack Software Engineer (Node/React) you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Node.js and React. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of software development principles and a passion for creating efficient scalable applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust software applications using Node.js and React to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience.
  • Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects to ensure smooth operation of applications.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into development.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure software solutions are secure and comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Document software designs processes and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage in agile development practices including sprint planning and daily stand-ups to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Test and validate software solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong proficiency in Node.js and React with a proven track record of developing scalable applications.
  • Demonstrate experience in software development with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
  • Show a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Have experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Display effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Next.js experience is plus

  • The salary range for this position is from 4.125 to 6.200 gross before taxes.*
  • Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
