We’re a dynamic pre-seed startup at Elora, currently with about 8 team members, focused on revolutionizing customer service through Gen AI. We’re on the lookout for a talented Senior Software Engineer – Backend to join us as a full-time employee. If you’re passionate about cutting-edge technology and want to be part of an early-stage company building an innovative AI platform for AI call/chat agents, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Position Details
– Role: Senior Software Engineer oriented to cloud development – Backend – Full stack is a possibility!
– Clear Plus: Experience in telephony/telecommunication business integration using tools such as Teams
– Contract Type: Full-time employee
– Location: Luxembourg / Grand region / Remote is a possibility
– Compensation: To be discussed
What You’ll Do
– Key contributor to the development of our AI platform’s backend, ensuring robust and scalable architecture.
– Collaborate closely with our small, agile team to implement backend services using Azure Function Apps (Azure) or Cloud Function (GCP) and manage APIs.
– Manage and optimize databases, including Cosmos DB, Firestore for live data and user profiles.
– Integrate AI models using Azure OpenAI, Gemini and Azure AI Studio and Vertex AI for advanced search and response functionalities.
– Ensure seamless integration with our AI call agent platform.
– Handle telephony integrations with Twilio for smooth customer interactions.
– Innovate and contribute to the overall architecture and design of our platform, focusing on scalability and performance.
Who We’re Looking For
– Experience: Proven track record in backend development with experience in microservices architecture, REST API development and cloud platforms, specifically Azure & GCP.
– Tech Stack
- Azure Cloud: Cosmos DB, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, etc.
- Google Cloud: Firestore, Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, etc.
- Telephony platforms such as Twilio
- Languages: Python, JavaScript, C#
