Main Responsibilities
As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline development processes and enhance system deployments. Your core duties will include:
- Developing and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Implementing automated build and deployment processes.
- Managing SQL Server queries and deployments.
- Utilizing IaC tools for infrastructure management.
- Collaborating in cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Supporting containerization efforts using Docker.
- Applying Git version control practices effectively.
- 1+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repositories, artifacts, and environments).
- Solid understanding of .NET build and deployment processes, including integration with SQL databases.
- Proficiency in SQL Server (querying, deployment, and maintenance).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep).
- Knowledge of Git and branching strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
