Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales HVAC Engineer to join our team in Ljubljana, Slovenia. This is a full-time position combining approximately 20% office-based work with 80% travel throughout Slovenia.

This role involves intensive communication with technically knowledgeable clients, including a high volume of phone calls and in-person meetings. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a high level of independence, and strong execution abilities in day-to-day tasks such as meeting planning and CRM system management. A solid understanding of HVAC systems, along with general technical literacy, is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Slovenian language proficiency level: C1/C2
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in HVAC Engineering and HVAC systems
• Category B driving license

Terms of Employment

• Working hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break
