We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to join BlueOcean Gaming and play a key role in shaping, coordinating, and communicating our product ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owner, Technology, QA, Legal, and client-facing teams to ensure our products are well-researched, clearly documented, smoothly released, and continuously improved — all within the fast-paced and regulated world of iGaming.

Your profile: A senior, UX-driven product professional with strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, comfortable working across technical, business, and client-facing teams.
Your goal: To ensure our products deliver an outstanding user experience and are clearly positioned, well-documented, smoothly released, and continuously improved through strong cross-team coordination, meaningful insights, and user-centric thinking.
Your task: To connect product strategy with execution by driving market insights, release coordination, UX feedback, documentation, and cross-team alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

💡Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
Player experience & UX
- Collect UX feedback from users, Account Management, Sales, and Support teams
- Organize usability testing and summarize insights and findings
- Analyse competitor UX flows and funnels
- Propose UX improvements and collaborate closely with designers to shape and implement improved user flows
Market, competitor & product insight
- Prepare competitor and market benchmark reports for Product Manager and Management
- Perform detailed competitor research and maintain comparison matrices and market overviews
- Collect and structure strategic input from Account Management, Sales, BI, Finance, and key clients (via Success Managers)
- Maintain product vision, strategy, and initiative documentation in Confluence
Release, QA & client communication
- Prepare release notes and internal change summaries
- Coordinate test execution and release sign-off across multiple teams
- Deliver detailed product and release presentations to clients and operators
- Gather structured feedback and requirements from clients to support future product improvements
Compliance & certification
- Track certification timelines, requirements, and documentation
- Coordinate inputs from Tech, Legal, and QA teams
- Produce missing or required certification documentation not provided by other teams
Tools, documentation & financial awareness
- Create internal documentation and user manuals for tools and integrations
- Prepare internal and external product presentations
- Monitor usage of external tools and inform Finance of unused or underutilized tools

- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product delivery, UX research, or a similar cross-functional role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience working with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Ability to translate complex product information into clear documentation and presentations
