Your mission

At UiPath, we invent and simplify work for our customers every day. Our team is growing fast, and we’re looking for a senior designer who leads by doing and has a passion for solving problems at rocket ship speed with compassion. Together we’ll improve, iterate, and reimagine our customer's experience and shape the next generation of work.

What You'll Do At UiPath

  • Bring strong, user-centered design skills and business knowledge to translate conceptual ideas into exceptional design solutions.
  • Partner closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and design leadership to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences.
  • Craft design artifacts such as user journeys, wireframes, process flows, high-fidelity visuals, prototypes, and narrative presentations to communicate and validate your ideas.
  • Advocate for design excellence through storytelling, prototyping, and evangelizing user insights.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate exploration, iteration, and validation across the design process while maintaining high standards of craft and user-centered thinking.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability throughout the product ecosystem.

What You'll Bring To The Team

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage successfully with many different stakeholders and product leaders.
  • You are inquisitive and curious by nature, and you answer your questions with strong data analysis skills, and great intuition.
  • Experience with a broad range of design techniques and methodology.
  • Proficient with modern design tools and toys, we are standardizing with Figma for the moment.

Many of our roles allow for flexibility in when and where work gets done. Depending on the needs of the business and the role, the number of hybrid, office-based, and remote workers will vary from team to team.
