What we expect?
We are looking for a senior professional to design, launch, and manage new services, channels, and engagement-driven sections within BiP Discover (Keşfet). This role is responsible for creating and operating new engagement mechanisms that increase user interaction, return frequency, and time spent within Discover. The role sits at the intersection of content, product, partnerships, and data, and focuses on turning ideas into scalable, high-engagement experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in engagement-driven digital platforms such as content, media, entertainment, news, or large-scale consumer apps.
- Proven experience in building and operating content-led services, channels, or engagement features within a larger platform.
- Strong understanding of user engagement mechanics, content discovery, and interaction design.
- Ability to translate user behavior insights and content performance data into new service and format ideas.
- Hands-on experience with experimentation and iteration (A/B testing, pilots, MVP launches).
- Strong collaboration skills with product, design, engineering, content, and marketing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Excel, and similar platforms.
- Curious, creative, execution-focused, and data-driven mindset.
What Does the BiP Marketplace Product Manager Role Do at Turkcell?
- Design, launch, and manage new engagement-driven services, channels, and sections within BiP Discover.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of these initiatives: concept, MVP, launch, iteration, and scaling.
- Identify engagement opportunities through user behavior analysis, content performance, and feedback.
- Run experiments to validate new ideas and continuously optimize performance.
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless and scalable implementations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align new initiatives with broader Discover and platform strategies.
- Manage content, brand, or service partnerships related to the initiatives you lead.
- Track performance metrics, share insights, and improve initiatives based on data-driven learnings.
