Job Purpose:
As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers while actively contributing to the development of high-quality software applications. Your expertise in PHP, Laravel, and Yii2, combined with your ability to work independently and collaboratively, will be crucial in driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- o Review and approve code quality to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- o Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
- Project Management:
- o Collaborate with project managers to define project requirements and timelines.
- o Estimate development efforts and allocate resources effectively.
- o Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
- Software Development:
- o Develop high-quality software applications using PHP, Laravel, and Yii2 frameworks.
- o Design and implement efficient and scalable software solutions.
- o Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code.
- Team Collaboration:
- o Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the development team.
- o Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- • 7 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on PHP, Laravel, and Yii2.
- • Proven ability to lead and mentor software development teams.
- • Strong technical skills and understanding of software development methodologies.
- • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
