Job Purpose:

As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers while actively contributing to the development of high-quality software applications. Your expertise in PHP, Laravel, and Yii2, combined with your ability to work independently and collaboratively, will be crucial in driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• o Review and approve code quality to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• o Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
• Project Management:
• o Collaborate with project managers to define project requirements and timelines.
• o Estimate development efforts and allocate resources effectively.
• o Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
• Software Development:
• o Develop high-quality software applications using PHP, Laravel, and Yii2 frameworks.
• o Design and implement efficient and scalable software solutions.
• o Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code.
• Team Collaboration:
• o Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the development team.
• o Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
• o Resolve conflicts and ensure team alignment towards project goals.
• Problem-Solving:
• o Identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
• o Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• • 7 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on PHP, Laravel, and Yii2.
• • Proven ability to lead and mentor software development teams.
• • Strong technical skills and understanding of software development methodologies.
• • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
