We’re Hiring a Digital Product Manager

Do you want to create extraordinary member experiences? We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to join us.

We’re on a mission to make people healthier and happier. As a Digital Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life through our digital products and services.

Our digital product teams are Oslo-based, fully in-house, and deliver external and internal solutions to four Nordic countries and more than 700,000 members.

What you'll do:

Own the product direction and connect strategy to delivery

You translate business goals into clear product outcomes. This includes understanding SATS’ commercial drivers, identifying the most impactful initiatives, and shaping a roadmap grounded in measurable value for both members and business.

Drive execution and build momentum

You ensure your team can deliver with speed, clarity, and discipline. You maintain focus on what matters, remove friction, and make sure prioritized initiatives move forward with momentum.

Lead a cross-functional, Oslo-based product team

You guide developers and designers in day-to-day execution. Your leadership ensures the team is aligned, understands intent, and is equipped to deliver efficiently. You build a culture of ownership, creative problem solving and eagerness to maintain momentum.

Ensure we deliver value to our members and the organization

You help members build healthy habits through simple, frictionless digital experiences, while supporting internal stakeholders and initiatives. You work closely with teams such as customer service, marketing, and product.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient execution of prioritized tasks with clear ownership, momentum, and delivery discipline.
  • Lead your product team in daily planning, scoping, and decision-making.
  • Connect business strategy to team-level actions by framing problems clearly and defining measurable outcomes.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, member value, and feasibility.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with internal teams such as customer service, marketing, and product.
  • Communicate roadmap, progress, deviations, and results effectively to stakeholders.

Who you are:

  • Previous experience in product management roles, or similar positions.
  • Track record of driving execution within teams, enabling them to move quickly and maintain momentum.
  • Comfortable with prioritization and clear communication to stakeholders and the wider organization. Both when things go to plan, and deviations arise.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with an understanding of what it takes to deliver in practice.
  • Thrive in cross-functional teams and enjoy working closely with design, development and commercial roles.
  • Hands-on experience with development, design and similar are considered a positive.
