Product Owner (API) - Fintech scale-up

Our client, a dynamic FinTech SaaS company, is looking for a Product Owner to lead the development and evolution of their API-driven solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product priorities, ensure seamless execution, and deliver impactful results that align with market needs and business goals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Discovery: Audit current API infrastructure, conduct user research, and craft a strategic product roadmap that meets market demands.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and analysts, fostering a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Product Development: Translate market trends into product requirements, define user stories, prioritize backlogs, and oversee the end-to-end development process.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners.
• Metrics & Analysis: Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze data to track engagement and performance, and make data-driven improvements.
• Agile Practices: Facilitate Agile processes, leading sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient workflows.

What you bring to the team:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or a similar role in FinTech or SaaS.
• Interest in API integrations and marketplaces.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product roadmaps and strategies.
• Experience with user research and leveraging data insights for decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a talent for building relationships.
• Analytical mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
