What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, Sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring all participants understand their purpose
• Manage multiple Sprint teams with overlapping timelines and proactively handle dependencies within and across teams
• Track and communicate team velocity and progress toward Sprint and release goals
• Support the Product Owner in refining the product backlog and ensuring clear Product Backlog items
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's ability to deliver on Sprint goals
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools
• Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and coaching skills
• Strong understanding of Agile practices including retrospectives, daily standups, and sprint planning
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
• Experience driving the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies
• Experience working with distributed, virtual teams
• Agile experience within a multi-team organization
