Hygge Software is growing fast, and we’re looking for a process-oriented, initiative-driven sales leader who can not only sell, but also improve how sales work.


What you’ll do:

  • Own and improve global sales strategy for IT outsourcing & outstaffing
  • Work hands-on with the full sales cycle: discovery → negotiation → closing
  • Analyze and optimize sales processes based on real experience
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, set KPIs and bring structure
  • Build long-term relationships with C-level decision-makers
  • Ensure strong sales discipline: CRM hygiene, clear deal stages, call summaries within 2 hours

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years in B2B IT sales (outsourcing / outstaffing)
  • Experience in senior or leadership sales roles
  • Strong process mindset (not just results, but how they are achieved)
  • High level of autonomy, responsibility, and time management
  • Structured communication and strong closing skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher


💡 We’re not looking for a “classic salesperson”.

We’re looking for someone who understands why sales processes fail or succeed and can help us fix and scale them.
