Job Title: Full Stack Technical Lead / Development Specialist

Contract Duration:

• Initial 3 months
• Potential extension to 6 months and beyond based on quality, performance, and external factors

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Technical Lead / Development Specialist to design and build a web-based application. This role requires strong technical expertise, solution architecture skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce solution architecture artifacts (diagrams, data flows, component descriptions, security controls).
• Participate in Architecture Compliance Reviews (ACRs) and Technical Integration Reviews (TIRs).
• Implement MVP full stack using React (frontend), Python/FastAPI (backend), MongoDB/PostgreSQL (databases).
• Build APIs, data models, and frontend features per prioritized requirements.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and artifact management using authorized repositories and tooling.
• Produce SBOMs and run software composition analysis (SCA).
• Coordinate hosting evaluations and infrastructure provisioning.
• Package and deliver desktop client via Electron when required.
• Apply secure coding practices, encryption, secrets management, and compliance controls.
• Engage business users for requirements validation, acceptance criteria, feature testing, demos, and feedback.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong solution architecture and enterprise application design experience.
• Frontend expertise: React (component design, state management, testing).
• Backend expertise: Python & FastAPI (async APIs, authentication/authorization).
• Database skills: MongoDB & PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, migrations, backup/restore).
• DevOps proficiency: CI/CD tooling, artifact repositories, container fundamentals, pipeline automation.
• Security & compliance knowledge: SCA, SBOMs, encryption, least privilege, hosting considerations.
• Excellent collaboration, technical writing, and stakeholder communication skills.
