HR Technology & People Analytics Specialist (50%, all genders)

Become part of our HR Technology & People Analytics team and shape the digital future of HR at Austrian Airlines with us!

Tasks

  • You support and further develop HR systems (focus on SAP HCM)
  • You provide support as a key user or administrator for SAP HR solutions
  • You will be involved in the introduction of new SAP HR technologies (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud)
  • You process data and analyses from SAP systems (master data, time management, payroll)
  • You work on automation projects with the Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • You create reports and analyses to support data-based decisions
  • You ensure data quality by cleansing and structuring HR data
  • You document and optimize existing HR processes
  • You work closely with HR and IT as well as other departments

Requirements

  • You have a degree or comparable training in the field of business informatics, computer science, business administration with a focus on digitization or similar
  • You have experience with SAP HCM (ideally as a key user or administrator)
  • You are interested in new SAP HR technologies (SuccessFactors, Analytics Cloud)
  • You have knowledge of data processing and reporting (SAP, Excel, possibly Power BI), experience with Microsoft Power Platform is beneficial
  • You convince with analytical thinking, a quick understanding and enjoy technical topics
  • You are a team player, a strong communicator and show initiative
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market
