Tasks
- You support and further develop HR systems (focus on SAP HCM)
- You provide support as a key user or administrator for SAP HR solutions
- You will be involved in the introduction of new SAP HR technologies (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud)
- You process data and analyses from SAP systems (master data, time management, payroll)
- You work on automation projects with the Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate)
- You create reports and analyses to support data-based decisions
- You ensure data quality by cleansing and structuring HR data
- You document and optimize existing HR processes
- You work closely with HR and IT as well as other departments

- You have a degree or comparable training in the field of business informatics, computer science, business administration with a focus on digitization or similar
- You have experience with SAP HCM (ideally as a key user or administrator)
- You are interested in new SAP HR technologies (SuccessFactors, Analytics Cloud)
- You have knowledge of data processing and reporting (SAP, Excel, possibly Power BI), experience with Microsoft Power Platform is beneficial
- You convince with analytical thinking, a quick understanding and enjoy technical topics
- You are a team player, a strong communicator and show initiative
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market
