Role Overview

The Assistant Project Manager supports the successful delivery of projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders. This role works closely with the Project Manager to ensure project activities are organized, documented, and aligned with defined objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and task lists.

• Monitor project progress and track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.

• Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and service partners.

• Track risks, issues, and action items and support resolution efforts.

• Assist with budget tracking, cost monitoring, and expense documentation.

• Prepare meeting materials, record discussions, and follow up on assigned actions.

• Support resource coordination and workload tracking.

• Ensure project activities comply with internal processes and standards.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of project coordination and reporting practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in office productivity and project tracking tools.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented work style.

• Previous experience in project coordination, administrative support, or internships is an advantage but not required.
