Context

Piloting the migration of a proprietary ERP to SAP S/4HANA, including several projects:

Functional interfaces & design

Site sales (SD) with Data pane

Modules concerned: FI/CO, PS, SD, MM, EWM

Principal missions

Define the migration strategy and ensure governance (planning, budget, risks).

Supervise the functional design, arbitrate between standard and specific.

Coordinate the sales sites (SD) and data (quality, migration, governance).

Pilot the tests, the bascule strategy (parallel-run, cutover, backfill).

Ensure the conduct of change and the transfer of knowledge.

Skills required

Experience confirming a migration to SAP S/4HANA.

Knowledge of the modules FI/CO, PS, SD, MM, EWM.

Mastery of interfaces, data migration, and switching strategies.

Proven leadership, ability to arbitrate and to unite teams.

Practice of Lean/Agile methods.

Profile searched

10+ years in piloting ERP programs.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Current French, technical English appreciated.
