We are looking for a SCRUM MASTER (FULLREMOTE -📍Only Spanish Residents) to support multiple product teams within a SAFe framework, focusing on SAP Financial System Development. If you are passionate about Agile practices, coaching high-performing teams, and enabling smooth delivery in complex environments, this role is for you!

🔻Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business field (Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration preferred).
• At least +5 years as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in Agile delivery, preferably in large-scale software development.
• Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner; SAFe Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and SAFe.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT structures and software delivery processes.
• Skilled in leading Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, and resolving impediments.
• Experienced working with cross-functional teams in scaled Agile environments.

🔴What You’ll Do:

• Serve as Scrum Master for several product teams, ensuring Agile best practices are followed.
• Support the Release Train Engineer during SAFe ceremonies and planning events (e.g., PI Planning, PI System Demo).
• Schedule and conduct Scrum meetings and ceremonies according to best practices.
• Identify and resolve cross-team impediments and blockers.
• Foster team collaboration, ensure commitment to sprint objectives, and address team needs.
• Coach teams in Agile mindset and practices, continuously improving delivery capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, RTEs, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Assist in program planning, ensuring cross-team dependencies are well-reflected.
• Track and analyze team metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
