Overview

The SEA Talent Development team drives learning and leadership initiatives across Publicis South East Asia. We are looking for students who are eager to learn, enjoy planning and working in a team, and want hands-on exposure to how learning experiences are created and delivered in a corporate environment. The role is Singapore-focused with possible exposure to regional work.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Help plan and run Learning Day and internal training sessions
  • Coordinate leadership programmes
  • Support AI-based learning projects
  • Handle training logistics including managing sign-ups, track attendance, and feedback collation and analysis
  • Pitch in on everyday Talent Development tasks and projects

Projects You Might Work On

  • Build learning roadmaps for different roles
  • Find ways to make our processes smoother using AI or automation

Qualifications

  • Interest in Learning & Development - Curious about how people learn and grow in organizations
  • Organizational Skills - Able to manage multiple tasks like scheduling, tracking attendance, and handling logistics
  • Attention to Detail - Comfortable with data accuracy for registrations and feedback
  • Communication Skills - Good at working with different teams and sharing information clearly
  • Tech-Savvy - Familiar with basic tools like Excel, PowerPoint; interest in AI or automation is a plus
  • Team Player - Enjoys collaborating and supporting others
  • Proactive & Adaptable - Willing to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally those who can commit from March to August period (full-time)
