This strategic HR Business Partner role acts as a trusted adviser to business leaders, providing end-to-end HR support to advance the bank's people strategy. You will ensure full compliance with local labour laws and regulatory standards while helping to shape the organization's culture and talent development.
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable HR plans and provide expertise on workforce strategy and organizational design.
Lead the annual performance management cycle for assigned units, ensuring objective and fair evaluations.
- Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits to maintain internal equity and the competitiveness of reward structures.
- Support the identification of high-potential employees and facilitate performance and career discussions to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, interpret survey results, and co-develop improvement action plans with business leaders.
Manage employee relations matters with discretion, advise managers on HR policies and disciplinary procedures, and work closely with Compliance and Legal on regulatory standards.
- Oversee workforce planning, headcount forecasting, recruitment for business roles, and support new hire onboarding.
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives by ensuring equitable HR practices, inclusive hiring, and monitoring relevant metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and maintain awareness of HR risks and full compliance with bank policies.
skills and experience required
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline is required.
- At least 8 years of HR Generalist/Business Partnering experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-energy environment, multi-task, and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and maturity to interact effectively with stakeholders and all levels of staff.
- A resourceful, highly motivated individual who is willing to collaborate, go the extra mile, and maintain the highest level of integrity when handling confidential information.
