Responsibilities
- Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, market surveys, and analysis to maintain competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Support the design and implementation of compensation policies, incentive schemes, and performance-based reward programs.
- Maintain accurate C&B records, generate reports, and provide timely guidance to employees on compensation and benefits matters.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in handling compensation and benefits or exposure to internal global mobility.
