What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide teams with resources, information, and practical advice to enable the regular delivery of working software
• Manage multiple Sprint teams with overlapping timelines and proactively manage dependencies
• Facilitate daily scrum meetings, release and Sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives, ensuring clarity and time management
• Track and communicate team velocity and Sprint/release progress to stakeholders
• Foster collaboration and encourage self-organization within and outside the team
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, structure, and ceremonies in software development
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Basic knowledge of Agile practices, including retrospectives, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and burn-down charts
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively

• Scrum certification
